These Social Media Terms and Conditions were created for the Sips & Stills social media pages. This document outlines guidelines that the social media followers have to abide by. These were formed with the business and the followers, as well as state and federal regulations in mind.

Welcome to Sips & Stills social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Soundcloud. Here you will find information, news stories, blog postings, videos, photos, and podcasts. While Sips & Stills social media platforms are open to the public, they are also family-friendly platforms, so please keep your comments and wall posts clean. In addition to keeping it family-friendly, we ask that you follow our posting guidelines. Also please stay on topic. If you do not comply, your message will be removed from public viewing.
• You participate at your own risk, taking personal responsibility for your comments, direct messages, username, password, and any information you provide.
• We do not allow unauthorized use of our logo, images, and audio/video clips posted on any of our social media platforms.

• We don’t allow any kind of malware anywhere on our social media accounts.
• We do not allow solicitations or advertisements. This includes promotion or endorsement of any financial, commercial, or non-governmental agency. Similarly, we do not allow attempts to defame or defraud any financial, commercial, or non-governmental agency.
• Appearance of external links does not constitute official endorsement by Sips & Stills, nor do they represent our views.
• We don’t allow multiple comments of the same content or any type of spam.
• We do not allow comments promoting political purposes, a political candidate, or party.
• We do not allow comments that suggest or encourage illegal activity.
• We don’t allow all caps comments or obscene profile pictures on our pages.
• Individuals are encouraged to tag themselves in our photos. It is Sips & Stills policy that Facebook Page Admins not tag photos of other individuals.
Please note that the comments expressed on this site do not reflect the opinions or positions of Sips & Stills or its employees. Sips & Stills is subject to ban anyone infringing on these terms and conditions from our social media pages.
Comments are generally responded to within four hours during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 to 5:00). While Sips & Stills recognizes the importance of social media, Sips & Stills does not allow our followers to initiate posting threads.
