These business forms were printed as two-part forms with carbonless copies. For both of the Pepin County forms, I had to recreate a scan of their existing forms in order to make changes. I created the Advanced Ag Delivery Slips and Fall Creek Dairy Invoices from scratch while following the requirements of the client. The client wanted to print the Advanced Ag logo in color even after I informed him that it would be more expensive than printing the forms in black.
